Eric is a Principal of Bishop Invest, LLC. He has worked in real estate development since 1981 and has expertise in all aspects of mixed-use, residential and commercial real estate development including acquisition, master planning, entitlements, construction management, property management, investment & asset management, marketing and disposition. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, a Master of Real Estate Development, and Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning from the David Eccles School of Business and the College of Architecture + Planning, The University of Utah; and a Master of Business Administration from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University. Eric is also a principal real estate broker licensed in the State of Utah.

Daniel E. Bishop

Principal

Dan is a Principal of Bishop Invest, LLC. He has over ten years of experience in corporate finance and real estate development. He has expertise in land acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, entitlements, financial modeling, project design, permitting, appropriations, financing debt and equity, owner’s representation, and deal structuring. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, a Master of Real Estate Development, and Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning from the David Eccles School of Business and the College of Architecture + Planning, The University of Utah. Dan is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Utah.

Ray M. Beck

Mr. Beck specializes in the areas of commercial real estate acquisition, development, financing, management and disposition (sale/exchange), tax-sensitive business transactions particularly relative to tax deferred like-kind exchanges and estate planning.  He has acted general counsel and negotiator for major real estate developments, land acquisitions and dispositions.  He specializes in structuring real estate transactions including organizational documentation for development, financing and tax planning. He has represented clients in front of various regulatory bodies, including the Internal Revenue Service. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.  He is a member of the Utah State Bar (member, Real Property, Tax, Estate Planning sections) and received his B.S. degree in economics, cum laude, and J.D. degree from Brigham Young University in 1981.
